We know that data privacy is the most important issue today and we want you to enjoy your interaction with us, knowing that we value your personal data and protect it.

In this text, we will explain how we process your personal data, the purposes for which we process it, how cookies are used and what your benefits are from it. You will also find out what your rights are and how you can contact us.

As business and technology evolve, we may need to change this Policy in the future. You should read this Policy regularly to ensure that you are informed about how Magna Pharmacia uses your personal data.

III. Are you under 15 years old?

If you are under the age of 15, please wait until you are a little older to get in touch with us or ask a parent or guardian to contact us. We cannot collect and use your personal data without your explicit consent.

IV. What information do we collect?

Personal data that you provide to us in the form of feedback, when you fill out the form (name, surname, e-mail, message), send us an e-mail, call us. The legal basis for the processing in this case is the fulfilment of our legitimate interests. Also, in certain cases, the legal basis for processing may be your consent.

Data that we create and collect using cookies (data that is collected automatically when you access one of our websites or applications, e.g. IP address, device ID, language, which browser you use, geographical location from which you access Magna Pharmacia websites, your preferences in order to personalize content). All personal data from this segment is used exclusively for anonymous purposes and does not identify individual users. V. Why do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in order to communicate with you, answer your questions and provide you with information about Magna Pharmacia and our products. We combine your personal data from all sources to better understand you so that you can improve and personalize your experience when you interact with us. We also process your personal data in order to improve the functionality of the websites of Magna Pharmacia, to provide a better user experience and to improve our websites.

VIII. What are cookies?

X. You can file a complaint.

We will always do our best to answer any questions you may have about how we process your personal data. However, if you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the competent authorities for personal data protection, namely the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

XI. Data Security and Data Retention

We use a number of measures to keep your personal data confidential and secure, including restricting access to your personal data based on the scope of work and the need to comply with appropriate security standards for data protection.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed for the shortest period of time necessary in relation to: (i) the purposes set out in this Policy; (ii) any ancillary purposes of which you are notified at or before the time of collection of the relevant personal data or the start of the relevant processing; or (iii) as required or permitted by applicable law; and thereafter, for the duration of any period of limitation. In short, when your personal data is no longer needed, we will destroy or delete it in a secure manner.
