The Service Department at Magna Pharmacia Ltd. consists of certified service engineers with years of experience in maintaining medical and laboratory equipment.
After installation, we provide our customers with preventive maintenance services, equipment servicing, adjustment and calibration. Only original spare parts, the latest tools and instruments that are regularly calibrated are used for servicing. We also provide professional support for daily operation with the installed equipment.
Our engineers receive continuous technical training at the manufacturers’ educational centers and maintain regular contact with international service engineer teams, sharing knowledge and experiences. This ensures that they are always prepared to respond to challenges in the field and provide our customers with the best possible technical support.

Our company supplies medical devices throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the decision from the Ministry of Health. Deliveries to customers are made using vehicles that meet all the conditions prescribed by current regulations, and for products requiring special storage and transport conditions, environmental conditions are measured and recorded.
Continuous monitoring of transport vehicles ensures the tracking of key parameters to provide proper transportation in terms of preserving the integrity and quality of medicines and medical devices in line with Good Distribution Practice.
Magna Pharmacia Ltd. operates a 585 m² warehouse space, ensuring the quality of products for storage and handling of goods subject to temperature control regimes of 15°C to 25°C and 2°C to 8°C. Storage conditions are aligned with the instructions specified by the manufacturer.
Maintaining product quality involves identification, handling, storage and delivery.
Precise records are kept for all processes within the warehouse.
